"Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! Thank you for a beautiful holiday week Riu Madeira! "

"This was a perfect location for a stay in Madiera. Nice view, free parking, and all the amenities anyone could want in the room. So many thoughtful extras like wine, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, washing machine and drying rack, etc. I would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. "

"Staff were excellent esp Julia. Pleasant, friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Breakfast is good quality. Good selection though repetitive over the few days we stayed. Indoor pool (basement) and outdoor pool (roof). Spa & sauna though I didn’t get to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Do note that no iron in the room even on request. There is charge to get ironing done. Also the airport shuttle is not complimentary 40 EUR charge. They don’t...
