"This was a perfect location for a stay in Madiera. Nice view, free parking, and all the amenities anyone could want in the room. So many thoughtful extras like wine, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, washing machine and drying rack, etc. I would definitely stay again. "

"A great apartment on the edge of the old town. Fab views of the sea and of the local area - great for people watching. Good size living / kitchen area with well appointed cooking area. Full sized fridge freezer which is always a bonus. Bedroom at the back with a small rooflight window - no aircon - but a decent fan in both areas. "What a lovely location although there are multiple suites and rooms, from the majority of vistas they are all nestled within the land and discrete. There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. The grounds were impressively level given the graduated levels of Maderia's landscape."

"Excellent smallish and stylish hotel, boutique like but not pretentious. Very Helpful, friendly staff. Quiet street but 2 min walk into tourist spots. Rooms were good, gym is a bit tired, downstairs swimming is small but the spa, sauna and rooftop pool and sun area are really great. Excellent Fine dining in restaurant with very good breakfast. Would definitely return. "

"One of the top hotels I have ever stayed. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. From the greeting on the airport tarmac to the wonderful checkin. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. We have really never had this level of perfection in any other place we have stayed.
