"There had been some damage due to a storm or wave that decimated parts of the beach. Because of this there was a bad smell in one of our two rooms and there was beach construction and water shut off scheduled. However the staff were very accommodating and offered us a comped meal etc as a preemptive apology for the mess(mind it was a natural disaster) they were doing their best to clean up. The property itself was beautiful and our half day at the spa facility was amazing. I would return for a longer stay next time. "
