"After checking in and obtaining our wristbands, Gabriel became our guide as we started our adventure. Gabriel was super friendly, very approachable, attentive to every single one of us and brought a positive energy which was exactly what we needed at the start of our trip.
Despite not having to, Gabriel helped us with our luggage to get to our rooms and made sure we were all set to go even after we first checked out our rooms. He remained patiently outside and ensured that we were set up, everything was good to go. And if we had any questions, we knew exactly what to do and where to go. We later ran into Gabriel on a second occasion where it was just nice to talk to him. Meet and see him again. He confirmed everything was good. But then we just told jokes we had, laughter and it was just a very comfortable easy experience. On our final day by chance on a third occasion, we see in Gabriel once more. He instantly bonded with all of us again including a senior member of our trip. He made an unforgettable experience and bonding moment with the senior member by giving him a present which meant a great deal to him.
What really made Gabriel standout was his personality, his demeanor and how he did things. It really was like seeing an old friend or someone you really enjoyed being around. Gabriel should be recognized for who and how he is and the things he did to make our memory of our trip so memorable, as he is now part of those memories. Thank you, Gabriel!!"
