"Room spotless and staff efficient"

"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!"

"Nice hotel in convenient location for local villages and A55. Bar and restaurant area have been refurbished to a high standard, with good food and drink offer. Staff very welcoming and professional. Rooms are in the process of being updated, ours (no 8) was clean with a lovely view. Fridge in room, also which was helpful. Plenty of off road parking. I'd recommend for a short stay. "

"Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "

"No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. "

"This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom which although clean needed a refurb as there was mould all over the ceiling, a crack in the sink, etc. "

" Lovely spacious room. Good range of amenities. Tea, coffee in room and you just help yourself for refills. Good sized bathroom, and the shower was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Fresh breakfast with plenty of choice. Hotel is close to attractions and restaurants. Quiet area. Would recommend and would stay again. "

"Stayed for two nights and had a great time. It was a family trip so having the pool was great considering the wet and windy weather on one of the days. Very close walk to the city centre as well as all the famous football grounds. Staff were absolutely superb. Would definitely stay there again."

"Lovely hotel. Feels new and fresh. Huge room.there was a king bed and large single in a separate alcove. Good heating controls, lights and sockets. Full length mirror with light and socket for the hairdryer - a convenience so often missed by hotels. Big bathroom with rainfall and handheld showers. Entry at all levels with key card. Kept my bags before and after check-in/out. Location very central right next to Liverpool One but up a lane so was quiet. Fab "
