"We returned to the Phuket Marriot for the second time. It was just as good as the first. Amazing facilities and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning staff were excellent. It would have been nice to know in advance that there was a large corporate event planned for the week. The closure of certain parts of the resort including restaurants and certain areas was a little annoying."

"The place felt like a maze, so I didn't get to enjoy the whole resort. The staff had no map of the resort therefore I only saw 10 percent of it. They also said there there was three pools though I could only find one, that's how much of a maze it was."

If it’s the latter, then you might want to look for another resort as this one lacks a beach front, various activities for the kids to do and so forth. "It was in the perfect location to be slightly away from Patong Street for Songkran but within walking distance to all the fun! The staff were all very nice & accommodating. The hotel is small but very cute!! The pool access room was perfect for us!! "

"The hotel is very cute and feels authentically Thai. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant on the property had delicious food. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the downtown area several times a day. I did feel that the property was a bit expensive, as it is slightly dated.
