"The place is good, did not like the poor communication. I email them the day before arriving with no response, could not check in for getting there too early, requested a call as soon as the room was available, they never called."

"Beautiful grounds and beach view and stay on Kalapakī Bay. Helpful staff all with the Aloha Spirit. Many great restaurants and coffee shops close by. Room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the pool, beach and bay. Hotel provided many activities for all ages."
