"No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. "

"A wonderful location right on the Dee Estuary. Although there’s no flowing water we sat on the terrace and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening sun and watched the world and wildlife go by. Our evening meal was great as was breakfast. A lovely big room, very clean and comfortable. All in all a great stay. "

"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!"

"Lovely and very friendly hosts. Breakfast plentiful. B&B is on the other side of the river. Short uber ride did the trick. Quiet location.
Old newspaper building so has character. The hosts have been doing it up over the years. Parts of the B&B could do with a bit of updating (eg paintwork on doors), but most importantly it's clean and spacious. Bathroom was new. Very nice breakfast area. Had a lovely short stay. "

"Easy walk to all of the attractions and shops. Can be a little windy being close to the Mersey. It is nicely located just away from the City centre to have some quiet at the end of the day. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, I thnk they could do with a refresh, but this did not spoil our stay."

"Appalling. Comms poor. Rubbish across both outside spaces. Landlord absent.Front door key card wierd looked like Tesco club card no instructions.
No opening bedroom window - black mould on ceiling and around bath. Wall behind loo broken and decor poor. Breakfast not apparent. Bedroom door hard to close due to door not clearing thick carpet. Cheeky note to remove shoes. Full refund demanded but no reply yet. Too much money for place - any money too much."
