As I understand the uniqueness of a boutique hotel because I own one, we walked in to check in around 9pm. The older gentleman at the desk was nothing less than rude and ensured my wife and I we were disturbing his quiet evening. Terrible first impression. Our room was on the fifth floor, but the elevator only goes to the fourth. Therefore we got to drag our suitcases up a flight of stairs. The room (supposedly their premium) was tiny. Walls were paper thin. We got to enjoy all of our neighbors lovely sounds. Very very loud!!! Sex, snoring, coughing etc. The hotel was clean, just not suited for a restful nights stay and the evening clerk needs to be retired. We did have breakfast. Very simple, however the croissants were tasty. I do not plan to ever return to this hotel.

The Monmarte location was excellent, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. One staff member insisted he needed to charge us for an early morning Nespresso, but that charge was removed without us having to ask. Reasonably priced, well run hotel. Breakfast was an excellent value.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, I couldn’t say enough good things about this hotel. The room has a beautiful Parisian vibe and is perfect for two people. The linens were clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom is small, but we didn’t mind at all—especially since there was reliable hot water and clean. The little breakfast spot is a gem. The fresh croissants are absolutely to die for. Waking up to the view of Sacré-Cœur and hearing the church bells is something I will truly miss. The location is spectacular, and we always felt safe. The charming old buildings, along with the nearby restaurants, bakeries, and shops, quickly became part of our daily routine. It’s also conveniently close to Pigalle and Abbesses Metro stations, making it easy to get to downtown Paris. I highly recommend this lovely little hotel if you want to feel at home while away. We will definitely come back someday. And a special thank you to the kind staff member who returned the item we accidentally left behind.

Beautiful view from my room on the 4th floor! cute and cozy decor. Great walkable area to see Montmartre (it is not very close to most attractions, i ubered a lot but I think its worth it) The staff was nice, they have a tiny elevator that thankfully works well, the room was clean although it is time for a wallpaper change. The bathroom is fine, comes with an air dryer: soap, all over shampoo and lotion. Mine did not have any plugs (3 plugs total in the entire room) which does make things a little complicated to style your hair with electric tools since theres also no mirrors in other parts of the room, but asides from those details it was a good experience and I enjoyed the hotel and its staff!

The location is really good. It’s quite noisy If you have a room that overlooks the street lots going on. It’s fine for a couple of nights. The rooms are old and the carpets definitely needs replacing. We did enjoy our time here

My girlfriend and I booked a room here for our first visit to Paris, and we were pleasantly surprised with how cozy this hotel is and how local it made us feel. The hotel is unassuming from the street and offers an apartment-like atmosphere in which you can live like a true Parisian. There are plenty of beautiful shops and lovely cafes nearby from which we picked up plenty of delicious baked goods to bring back to the room. Furthermore, a key metro station is but seconds from the door, allowing for quick access to anywhere in Paris. Our room is quintessential was quintessentially Parisian, with beautiful wallpaper and lovely light fixtures. In addition, our bed was made and room was cleaned everyday without us ever coming in contact with a housekeeper. The next time I come to Paris, I plan to stay here again, and I highly recommend this hotel to those planning a trip to Paris or the lovely neighborhood of Montmartre.

Abbiamo avuto un'ottima permanenza, la stanza è pulita e comoda, la posizione è ottima. Anche con il personale ci siamo trovati bene, tranne che con una signora francese di mezza età bassa e bionda della reception di cui non so il nome. Abbiamo fatto domanda per un chiarimento, e si è rivolta a noi in maniera molto sgarbata; pur vedendo che non sapevamo il francese, e lei non sapeva l'inglese, non ha fatto il minimo sforzo per farsi capire, ma piuttosto continuava a ripeterci la stessa cosa in francese, parlando velocemente senza che noi potessimo capire. Consiglio questo hotel, attenzione a chi vi rivolgete.

Localização muito boa! Próximo ao metrô e ponto de ônibus, vários restaurantes. Hotel tem elevador (o que conta muito em Paris) Fomos no inverno, o quartão não tinha ar-condicionado, então pra nós não fez diferença. Nosso quarto era espaçoso e tinha vista pra torre! Lindo! Me hospedaria novamente

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The room, though small, offered us an amazing view and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was all incredible. Marie was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay - and our entire trip - absolutely perfect. The location of the hotel was also ideal. We had a metro station pretty much right outside our door which enabled us to get everywhere we needed to be. We went during the holidays, so there was also a Christmas Market right outside which was an amazing added touch to our experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
