The check in process was easy and quick but the staff did not give us a brief few min intro about the facility: laundry room, room service, breakfast hours, etc. The unit has 2 bed rooms with a queen size bed in each bedroom and there is a sofa pulled out bed in the living room. Kitchen has basic supplies: glasses, bowls, plates, utensils, knives, microwave, refrigerator & mini dishwasher. Most hotels in paris has small rooms so we chose this place for spacious rooms/living area, but the catch is there was no Wifi. Living in this modern day era is tough without internet connection. No wifi, so I used my phone 5G network but connection is slow due to no signals around the area. The key cards issued failed to work in the middle of our stay. No room services and they do not replenish toiletries. My husband & kids said to find a new hotel but I’m being frugal and said let’s just stay since it’s not refundable. The good thing about this aparthotel is that it’s right across of a bakery, a really good Japanese restaurant- Kyoto, a grocery store & a French bistro.
