"EXcellent,5 star hotel come pub and restaurant.Thoroughly clean throughout,excellent choice of real ales, excellent varied menu,ultra clean super king bedroom,overlooking the Dee marshes,and nice views over to Wales!Our favourite place to stay locally,just an hour travel from Merseyside area.a.Well be back soon!"

"We were unable to sleep in the room due to the fact it was too hot and had no air con, so we had to leave. If a hotel does not have air con it needs to be made clearer when making the booking, especially y in the summer time."

"Sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft an der Waterfront in Liverpool. Geräumige Suite mit schöner Aussicht aufs Wasser. Unkomplizierter und persönlicher Check-In. Alles sehr sauber. Auto wurde am King Parkplatz geparkt, bequeme Zahlung per App. Es gibt wohl auch Parkplätze über das Hotel im Parkhaus, wurde aber nicht in Anspruch genommen. "The hotel is good for the price, however the room we were in lacked any sort of adequate ventilation, we struggled to open the extremely heavy window and had to put a waste bin in the space to keep it open to try and get some fresh air. Our attempts unfortunately didn't make much of a difference to the extremely hot and stuffy room. My pillow was wet due to perspriring . I also found the bedside lights ineffective for reading, and had to move the table lamp from the dressing table so I could...

"Nice property, well maintained. Very convenient as it was right next to Lime Street Railroad station. Unfortunately the room was an oven. With temperatures running in the mid-80's, it was HOT. No A/C, and the window only opens an inch. Not enough fresh air getting in the room. We spent a hot night with a loud fan running. Not a pleasant stay. Lodging in this part of the world needs to get into the 21st century and get some level of temperature control."
