Serviced Apartment di Paroki Orleans

"Great location, ideal for our family gathering, walking distance to French quarter, restaurants and museums, the trolley stops right outside. One garage parking space is included, additional parking is $35 per day."

"Some simple things could enhance the stay.... your low hanging fruit Add tissues Add a shower wrack or put in shower ledges And just add a few extra hooks so the towels can hang near the opening of the shower......having half a shower door was weird too"

"The property was perfect location! We could walk to everything and we didn’t hear any city noise. The space was perfect, I liked the fact it was an apartment and not a traditional hotel. Great if you’re staying for more than a day or two."

"Clean the room well after each guest. A basic cleaning is not enough. Check for anole as i found one in the bed room!!"

"We chose the original Roami property because of its proximity to the convention center where my wife was attending a conference. Location was a material factor in our booking, made 5 months in advance. On check-in day, while I was traveling during a flight layover, Roami informed me of a maintenance issue with our unit and offered another property. I asked about a closer option and was told this was the nearest and only available alternative. With limited time to research, we accepted in good...

"The property itself was located in a great area, close to everything. However, the room had old dirty wood floors that needed a good cleaning. The bedroom set was old, drawers smelled of weed/cologne, and needed cleaning as well. The dining table and chairs have missing wood chips and in bad shape. I stayed in the Penthouse for my birthday and it was nothing to brag about, due to poor up keep and depressing ambiance. For a PENTHOUSE condo, I was very disappointed and would NOT rent again. The...

"My stay at this place was great. No complaints at all. A little advice would be if you can have a water bottle for your guests would be great haha. We arrived at midnight and everything was closed nearby to get water but other that it was just perfect, I highly recommend. 😊"

"We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the...

"We had a great stay at Merchant Lofts! The location couldn't be better. We were within walking distance of Jackson Square and the WWII Museum, with tons of things to do all around us. The condo was exactly as described, nice and clean, and we loved the huge tub! Having a garbage chute right on our floor was a convenient little bonus. My only suggestions are purely personal preference: a TV in the bedroom would be a nice touch, and the room has plenty of space for a bigger bed, so even a queen...
