After several attempts on my own to try and gain access to my room they did get maintenance to remedy the situation and fix the lock. "I kept my purse in the fridge because I was afraid a cockroach would crawl in. The staff was wonderful, but the hotel itself was not. Adjacent to a liquor store, a less than reputable crowd hangs around the parking lot at night. I do not recommend for even a mother-in-law"

"Originally I booked a king bed, and was given a queen. I was then told it was the same size. Clearly it was not so when I told the front desk they gave me a double room, and he told me "save your complaints for the morning". There were cockroaches on the bed, the toilet was broken, and the room clearly had not been cleaned. If I had been told this, I would have just taken the original room.
