"Strange set up where, at all times, you had to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool.
Bit weird. Staff more interested in talking to their colleagues than acknowledge a customer stood in-front of them.
Made a request months in advance for 2 rooms next to each other. Didn’t happen.
Restaurant menu in the evening limited and very little interest in accomodating requests."

"We loved our accommodations here during our stay in Florence. We walked everywhere we wanted to go and loved the vibe of the santo spirito neighborhood. Do not miss the Santo Spirito market in mornings and open cocktail hour vibe in the evening.
If you stay at this location, ask ahead to see if you can get a room on the 5th floor. Both have a terrace overlooking into the basilica garden. We felt like we have our own little apartment in Florence. Loved it."

"The first night, our AC auto fan was broken but they fixed it the next day. Room was nice with sofa bed for the 3rd person. Breakfast was the best with so many selections like fresh fruits kiwis, apples, oranges and watermelon.
