best avoided
hd booked for three days, disappointing exp,
1. hotel not known by this name but sadanand regency. two dadanand in close vicinity, hd to show it on map taxi guy.
2. lobby and reception are rundown in terms of neatness and hygiene. ditto rooms (dust on tables, spots on chairs,rust water marks in toilet. appeared to hv been prepared after long disuse.
3. asked for iron board and box, was given an iron box with non std taped up wire and was asked to use the bed for ironing. On insistence, iron box with corroded box cradle and unstable stand given.
4. water bottle placed was not replenished . even on reminding once, despite assurance not provided. finally received at midnight the next day after demanding.
5. two towels placed were removed on usage one on each day. No replacement , finally given on third day on demand , after a long wait.
6. b'fast part of my pkg, but was being charged additionally each day. on my objection, theydid not agree but insisted on the mail recd by me. when shown, was asked to fwd it to them. the same drama was repeated at the time of check off
7.hd to wait 15 min for help with luggage from room to cab after clearance of bills
8. No newspaper provided though part of the deal
9. Wi fi failed during one evening and was unavailable till next forenoon
10. The staff approach towards service was outright casual and generally discourteous
