"We had a wonderful stay at Sankara Resort. The room was big, clean, and very spacious, which made it super comfortable and relaxing. We absolutely loved our private pool. "Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."

"This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing. I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back."

"Great location. Even if the hotel is not on the new establishment, meaning that there are some improvements are needed (such as broken shower head, unstable electricity), but all in all it is situated in a perfect location for those who seek a bit of a quieter space compared to Kuta or Legian. "

You get first access to saying good morning to the elephants before all the day-trippers arrive, and it's lovely to walk around the park in the evening. We came in Jan/26, so the park was very quiet guest wise. Breakfast and dinners were great (not included for us) and reasonably priced. "Room was very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. It was a beautiful villa and very peaceful. Wish I couldve stayed longer. Only issue was the road that leads to it is very bad and my drivers had a hard time reaching it. "

"We had a very peaceful stay! The place is in a nice secluded location but there is a shuttle to go to and from Central Ubud. The grounds are very calming and there’s a great selection of healthy food that made us feel very refreshed and recharged. We also took a great yoga class at the hotel!"
