"Such a beautiful 6-day stay at Sanna Ubud. We dined at the restaurant every day, food was always delicious. Butler service was a major plus. On the last day I got ill with a stomach bug and the butler went out of his way to get me a product I needed from the pharmacy and deliver tea to my room. The service at this hotel is unbeatable. "I had a great stay, rooms were very clean, the building is old but very well maintained, staff are super nice and helpful. Location is excellent and everything is at walking distance. Only thing that was very annoying was the shower, the head is fixed and not adjustable meaning if you are a short person like me you will have difficulty washing your hair! Other than that it was a great stay, highly recommended."

"Talk about finding your zen… I couldn’t have been happier with our stay at!! From the moment we arrived on the property I felt like every need was taken care of and every employee had a welcoming smile on their face.
