"A very modern hotel with an interesting and different decor. My only negative comment is that the restaurant was not open on two nights due to being booked out, and no other food available or snacks. If staying in a hotel I would like to be able to get food, especially with kids."

"Beautifully located hotel with clean rooms and lovely views. Staff was helpful. I would definitely come back! My one suggestion is to refill coffee pods- they are not super expensive and I would rather pay more for room than have to buy from the reception each time- that is a tacky move. No 5 star hotel charges for coffee?! The hotel is so calming and well laid out. It is very under the radar which is lovely. Its people are warm. So the coffee situation needs to be dealt with! "Rooms are small and dated but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful"

"Property location was central and close to everything. Unfortunately, our rented car had to be parked outside the area because the road was a pedestrian road only. This meant we had to wheel our suitcases through the cobblestone streets. Probably a 7 minute walk. The room is very small but we enjoyed our little terrace we could look out of. The bathroom had a slight odor during the night, especially noticeable after we opened the bathroom door in the morning. The staff was very helpful and...

"Basic hotel. Rooms clean but small. Bathroom in need of a little maintenance. No bar and outside courtyard space very disappointing. Didn’t take breakfast at €15 each - instead used the excellent ‘Breakfast’ lovers, a few minutes walk away. Staff on front desk friendly and helpful when asked. Hotel in very good central location, but on a steep hill. Very quite within the hotel, except the rumble of the 28e tram."
