"Always had Clean rooms, quiet location and staff is Great and always willing to help. I have always enjoyed my stays here and will continue to stay here when in the area."

"Well, I was only there about 9 hrs, but the room was clean and quite. Also the lady at the front desk was polite and gorgeous! Just thought I'd throw that out there. 😁"

"WiFi poor. Somewhat noisy. Clean, comfortable room. No coffee maker in room but free coffee in lobby. Overall exactly what you expect for the money. "

"We’ve stayed here several times and it is always clean, quiet and lovely. I think the parking fee per night is crazy since the lot is huge and I’m sure guests attending an event there do not pay for parking. So to pay for a room plus parking is annoying. Also our room felt very humid. Temp was comfortable but the room felt slightly damp. "

"If I could give this property 0 reviews I would. There was no mention that this hotel was under construction until we had gotten there and then there was no breakfast as they mentioned due to they were under construction. Our room was horrible. There was no table, only a chair no knobs on the closet door. The lights barely worked. Then on top of that we saw a bedbug on the bed that was alive. We immediately had to go to another hotel because I was horrified. "

"My stay was completely unacceptable due to the lack of cleanliness and basic functionality. When I pulled back the covers, it was obvious the linens had not been changed. There were makeup smudges on the pillowcases, dirt on the sheets, and a significant amount of hair that appeared to be both human and possibly pet hair. I took the sheets to the front desk and was asked to wait in the lobby while they “located” clean ones. The employee only went into a small side room, which I assume was the laundry area, yet it took quite a while. The second set of sheets also had stains and visible dirt and did not smell freshly laundered. I went back down and was given a third set after another delay. Those were not clean either. By that point it was very late, and after three failed attempts to get clean bedding, I slept sitting upright in a chair using my own blanket. The bathroom and hallways were filthy as well. The refrigerator and microwave did not work, and the room phone was broken, so I could not call the front desk when these issues were happening. The adjustable shower head barely functioned, producing only a few weak streams of water, making it nearly impossible to rinse my hair. Clean sheets, working appliances, and basic sanitation should be the minimum standard. I would not stay here again."
