"Loved the location nice stroll down to Beale, lots to explore and see nearby. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our vehicle at all. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, clean, staff so friendly, highly recommend you stay at Arrive when visiting Memphis."

"This is the second time staying at this property. It's conveniently located near Beale Street and other downtown attractions. It's very pricey, however. Parking is expensive, drinks at the bar are expensive, and the ducks.... Yes, these are fun to watch once or twice, but it's extremely crowded and difficult to get a good spot to see this attraction. You should stay there at least once, but expect to pay additional fees on top of the Expedia charge."

"My room I reserved was not even what I ordered. I reserved a room with king size bed and they gave me two queens instead for same pricing for one night as the king. Stains on tv remote and the tv stand. The tv wasn’t working, room was hot and stuffy. No soap at all for the shower. Overall this place was a rip off for the quality of my stay. I would stay away from this location for other travelers passing through."

"Omg!!!! Okay so I should have known being that I am from Memphis and live here! My husband and I like to do staycations. My crazy butt see this on Expedia and was like oooh this is cheap and I have never heard of them. The room smelled like everything was dipped in cigarette smoke. There were roaches in the bathroom! I couldn’t sleep and was ready to just go back home! So this definitely won’t be on our staycation list! Matter of fact, it shouldn’t be on anyone’s list!"

"Immediately noticed the smell of marijuana when I walked in. Check in was ok-could hardly understand the guy behind the counter but he was nice enough. I went for breakfast at 8:35 (open until 9) and there was only 2 pieces of wheat bread, cereal and a few drops of waffle batter left. Juice was out of order and the rest (including milk, yogurt, hot food) was all empty. No staff to be seen, much less to offer any other food options. "This hotel is absolutely amazing. Everything is clean and fresh smelling. The carpets look brand new and the room were so clean. Parking is gated and right by the back entrance. Unfortunately it cost over $30 a night. Which what you have to pay for the rooms there should be free parking. The pool is real nice and inside so you do not have to worry about sun or weather. But because it is inside if you get a lot of kids in there you will not be able to stay in there because it is entirely too loud...
