"There were no glasses in the bathroom and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon checking they gave us a room.with gueen size bed and we had booked a king size. Front desk said oh, its late, can you keep it until tomorrow and then we will find you a king bed room because we don't have anything available as we are filled up. They did change it the next afternoon and gave us a king bed room."

"There seems to be a lack of maintence at this hotel. Several plugs didn’t work. Some were missing there parts. And shower didn’t appear very clean. A bit moldy. Could be nice if they focused on updating and maintains better."

"The breakfast was exceptional!!! The gentleman who was in charge was amazing!!! He would check on us and ask if there was anything we needed!! I called him Chef!!! I also made sure I thanked him for taking real good care of us!! You don't find that in most places that have the complimentary breakfast!!!"

"Omg!!!! Okay so I should have known being that I am from Memphis and live here! My husband and I like to do staycations. My crazy butt see this on Expedia and was like oooh this is cheap and I have never heard of them. The room smelled like everything was dipped in cigarette smoke. There were roaches in the bathroom! I couldn’t sleep and was ready to just go back home! So this definitely won’t be on our staycation list! Matter of fact, it shouldn’t be on anyone’s list!"
