"Was a wonderful hotel in an excellent location, would stay here anytime. The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. Note: at the time of our stay the hotel was having an elevator problem ( very rare for them to have any problem ) at the time and we were having to walk to our room. However the hotel gave us wonderful options including free breakfast brunch, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries. So we thank the hotel for a "wonderful workout" and the bonuses. "

"Room was very clean. Daily housekeeping provided. Front desk, housecleaning and front door staff were all very friendly and helpful. Really liked the 2nd floor hospitality suite. It was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing in NYC. Rooms were pretty small, but 2nd floor suite allowed for stretching out with more space. "I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"

I was in town on business and was able to work on my laptop just fine. Fast WiFi, great bed for comfortable nights sleep. Nice common areas for hanging out and meeting up with others. A good bar and good food with a nice inside store for good, drink and items forgotten. An extremely modern and fun vibe! A+"

The location is excellent — very close to the subway — which made everything very convenient. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.
