"Great stay in an authentic heritage building! Slightly out of the centre of Georgetown, but it's a very affordable Grab ride to Georgetown centre. There are lots of great places to eat nearby as well. The bathroom is not an indoor bathroom (but full privacy with wooden blinds and shower curtains) but it didn't bother us too much. Highly recommend for those looking to stay in a traditional home!"

"The hotel have a best services. Owner of this hotel friendly and take care every guest. The hotel location is center of the George Town heritage site near Love Ln and Lebuh Chulia (Street food of Penang) that easy to take a bus to Komtar or Jetty Terminal. The room are clean and quiet. It's perfect for rest in the holiday. I'm recommended. The hotel offer every guest for free continental breakfast !"

"Good location and nice new hotel but service was not the best. FB staffs need more training and be more hospitable, also check in staffs can be trained to be more informative. Also during my stay there is loud renovation noise going on. "
