"Pool area was very crowded, the hot tub was packed with kids. No toys are allowed in the pool at all. Very short staffed.Breakfast very basic.Elevator out of order and because the hotel charged me for early check in and shouldn’t have it took 2 hours to get checked in."

"Waterpark was closed, so that was a bummer and not advertised on Expedia. But the main concern, was the fire alarm went off at 3am and the entire hotel had to evacuate.
