"Hotel desk was on second floor, 1st was like a basement, multiful Humidifiers were in hallways, probably trying to stop a mold problem. The toilet in my room would not flush, the handle when tried didn't move, was afraid I would break the handle off, so I had to tank the tank cover off to lift flusher manually. "I was placed in two different rooms. Both had broken lamps (3 total). One had a broken closet door, water pooling in the dishwasher, crumbs in the drawers and dog hair in the sofa bed. The other had a broken phone and filthy stovetop. The beds and bathrooms were clean, so that was good. The entire floor had a terrible smell that lingered for the 3 days I was there.
