"Room was modern and decorated beautifully, this was my second time staying here and will definitely be returning. The room and building was clean and extremely quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Euston station and Warren Street. There were shops about 1 minute away and suitcase storage as you can’t check in until 2:30/3pm. You will receive emails and a text on how to check in/check out. Thank you for another lovely stay."

"I absolutely loved this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. There are so many lovely details in the rooms, especially the floor heating in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym and spa are wonderful. For a hotel, the gym is really 10 out of 10. My only regret is that I did not have more time but will definitely come back."

"I had a lovely 2-night stay at Cleveland Residences Russell Square. The self check-in process was easy and straightforward, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent for exploring London, with convenient access to local attractions and public transport. Euston Station was approximately an 18-minute walk away. Overall, a great place to stay for a short visit to London, and I would happily recommend it to others."

"The hotel is very well located, in a beautiful historic building, wonderfully restored by the current owners. The public spaces are very nice, although there are not many places to sit in the lobby. The restaurant is exquisite, and the food was very good. The rooms are beautifully restored, but very small. Note also that some "premium" rooms have only one chair and others two, and some have large bathrooms but others have small. If not for these quirks I'd have rated five stars."
