A little run down but nice staff made up for the lack of beauty. Paid extra for a jacuzzi smoking suite and the jacuzzi didn’t function.

First off, I have stay at this property before and know what was expected. I choose here because it allows smoking, has a jacuzzi in room and a fair price. The room serve my purpose of staying there. My problem with this stay starts with the counter rep not allowing me a courtesy late check-out without paying. Every hotel/motel I have stayed in has always allow an extra hour. The place needs better upkeeping. Simple paint job would make the place more attractive. The heat ran for an hour blasting at 80 degrees before it finally was decent room temperature; however it's very noisy. The tv is low quality, images are not sharp at all. The drain in the hot tub isn't working properly, the water won't stay. All these things were tolerable because I wanted a room that serve my need. But the real kicker was there was couple mice running around after I turn the lights and woke me up in my sleep. It was also 3 in the morning and ppl were hanging outside in the hallway playing loud music. I will probably still go back because it has what I need. But others be warned.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable, towels had hair imbedded in the fibers. My room had a total of 3 outlets, all of which were not accessible, or were for the heater/ac combo. Beds are on a metal platform that was insanely loud if you even sort of hit it. Area around the hotel is barren other than a WaWa. Gentleman at the front desk was very kind and friendly, which was about the only thing pleasant about the place.

While the staff was nice, the beds are horrible, the rooms lack basic accommodations such as accessible outlets, and the cleanliness is only surface deep. Needs a deep clean and more frequent maintenance.

Niece passed away and they chose to take advantage

Booked a room for my brother as this hotel was relatively close to the hospital his daughter was in. Booking through site went fine and check in was simple. We spoke to the gentleman upon checking in about extending the stay if needed. When I called to extend the reservation, was told I had to submit an Authorization form with my ID and Credit card to be able to pay, even though they already had it on file. Was told the extra night would be 85 dollars. When I called back later that morning to verify they had received everything, was told the charge for the room would be 100. My brother tried to do some laundry while there, and after putting 5 dollars through the machine that didn't work was told they couldn't refund the money cause it wasn't their machines. Still waiting for them to drop the $100 deposit for non smoking room off my card from first reservation even though my brother checked out and drove home days ago. My brother just needed a good nights sleep and some clean clothes after his daughter died, and these people saw fit to take advantage of the situation and rip me off. If you need a quick place to crash, with little to no expectation of service this is the place to go. I, however, will never be back.

Get what you pay for. Nothing on the walls are hung straight. Cigarette burns in covers and sheets. Noticeable patch jobs everywhere. Loud ac/heater unit. Small bugs found crawling in the bed.

Blankets were all burn and had holes in them I guess from people smoking in the rooms I ask them for new ones they said they didn’t have any I ask them to check me out early and refund me as well and they refused the pictures are a lie the place is a dump
