"Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable.
We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned.
Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options.
Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again."

"This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. There were limited walkable locations to eat & there was a guest on my floor screaming bloody murder/slamming doors all evening. I was afraid to leave my room.

"We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. "Bathroom was fairly dirty with stains on the wall and a very dirty shower curtain. Also a lot of hair on the bathroom floor.
The rooms fridge had a broken leg and kept tipping forward. Was rough to deal with with a 11month old trying to stand up on it while it would tip forward. Ac controls were mostly all snapped off.
Walls had a few big sections with holes and ripped off paint spots were things were moved from with no attempt to patch or paint over. "
