"I was happy to walk into a cool temp room from the heat. Floor in our bathroom would come up from the flooring when you stepped, weird! The tv I had to adjust cause there was no picture. Second day we were out of water for 5 hours and weren’t notified about it. A few other things weren’t cool but needless to say I wouldn’t stay there again. Oh and breakfast was whack. "

"I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. "We found much of the staff to be somewhat standoffish during our stay. The young man working at the watch bar was really the only employee who consistently engaged with us and made us feel welcomed. On our last day, we had breakfast at Blue Coyote, and although our waitress eventually warmed up to us, it unfortunately happened as we were paying the bill and getting ready to leave.
