"This is my third stay at this hotel & would never stay anywhere else. It’s minutes from the train station & walkable to all sites. The hotel itself is beautiful with a library room, bar & the breakfast included was perfect (scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, croissants, fresh orange juice, coffee…). We stayed in the top suite #601 w/ massive terrace & magnificent view of the Duomo. The room was clean & very comfortable. The front desk attendants were very friendly & helpful as was all staff. "

"This was a fantastic location a short walk from the train station and close to many high end stores and main attractions…like the Duomo and bridges. The hotel had a complimentary breakfast which had a wide selection of pastries, fruits, cereal, yogurt, charcuterie, and eggs and bacon and of course any kind of coffee drink you wanted.The hotel also had a gym which we did not use. Would recommend asking for a higher floor as our room was on the first floor and we could hear noise from the street....

It's perfectly located in front of Santa Maria Novella Basilica. "The breakfast was delicious with house made baked items and a lovely staff and the room was spacious with well organized storage. There is a beautiful lounge living room with an honesty bar. It’s a great place to have a drink before going out to dinner. The hotel has few amenities but just enough in a city like Florence where there is so much to do. The front desk is staffed from 8-8 and are helpful. "
