"Solid and good hyatt in an interesting new university town development. A small but good selection of shops, bars, and pizza in the square nearby, along with the hotels own bar/restaurant. Great shuttle bus to town and close to the park and ride, makes it a great place to stay and relax. Presented good value for money on accomdation, didn't eat there. Handy fridge in room helped too. "I arrived and someone was already in my room, after them being told their room wasn't ready and being put into ours. We were then told that we could go into another room and the room had not even been cleaned. The window also didn’t shut and the door handle had fallen off the window so was very cold thought the night. Will not be returning "
