"I booked this reservation through Expedia 10 minutes before arriving to the hotel. It looks not much like the pictures. It was super hot when you walked in the lobby and the property just felt off as soon as I walked in, I went to the front desk and told them I wanted to cancel the reservation. I had not signed any papers nor was a room ready. It definitely did not feel like the place for us to stay two adults and two children The driver getting us there was super kind and helpful. That was the only positive part about this experience.. We left immediately and went to a different hotel."

"I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites Charlotte. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet the hotel was. Since it's not located directly in the middle of the city, it offered a much more peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently located. The bed was also very comfortable and made it easy to get a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good and had a decent variety, although I would have liked to see a few more vegetarian options available. The check out process was quick and hassle free, which made leaving for the airport very easy. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte."
