"The hotel has had a makeover since my last stay here if I’m not mistaken and it looks much better. Our room was large enough for a family of four and our dog. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Decent breakfast in the morning was enough to get us going and hold us over until lunch. The staff were professional and polite. "This property was in the heart of everything in Uptown Charlotte & walkable to everything… The only issue was my brother drove down & the hotel wanted $35 per day to park; so he had to park on the street for $6 (which was cheaper) but every 4 hours up til 10pm & he had to get back to his car to pay for the next 4 hours bc the mobile app wouldn’t let him do that from a distance where we were at (Bowlero) so he had to go back to his car near the hotel & stand in front of it in order to pay on his...
