"The staff are very helpful but it comes to the room too many problem. Our first room they gave us first the toilet bowl is broken can flush at all good thing we did not un packed yet they let us move to the other room more further . After we move to our second room we went out for Dinner and when we come back we can’t get in the new room cause the door lock running the battery. So waited again outside cause need to fix it , and next morning we will use the sink in the bathroom is clogged up...

"My Victoria Motel room was booked two days before Saturday June 13, 2026 graduation day at UC Santa Barbara - it was cost prohibitive to stay at the downtown lodgings in Santa Barbara over ~$900/night
Better price in Ventura! Worth the drive and freeway close so it was easy access after a long day for travel and graduation celebration -
Victoria rooms are older and the beds and linen are clean/no bugs sighted-
We were only staying one night so it was greatly appreciated that room was under...

"We were so looking forward to this part of our trip...maybe our expectations were set too high after Tenaya@Yosemite. The lobby is gorgeous and smells like paradise.
Staff was very kind, however, they needed to be bc there were hiccups along the way. I don't mind spending extra on vacation, but I want to spend extra for something special. "The hotel is fairly new.
The front desk staff were extremely friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to say hello and to try to assist in every way.
Check in was fast and simple.
I stayed in a King bed room with a lot of space including a large sleep sofa (I did not need this).
The bathroom was excellent. The lighting in the bathroom was stellar ( I HATE dark bathrooms. You can't see well enough to shave your face).
The location is very convenient with proximity to a huge shopping area...

"My husband and I wanted to experience staying in an Airstream trailer and it was fun. It was clean, the queen bed was comfortable. You also had the choice of using the toilets and showers on the property which was nice. The con for this experience was the trailer #2 door did not open easily."

"The hotel overall was rushed when building was in progress. The contractors did not pay attention to the simple things. The A/C unit in our room was leaking and wet the floor significantly. The bathroom door would not close due to the door being extremely tilted . Different beds in different rooms. The first room had a good bed, then we switched rooms due to the issues I just listed. And the second bed was horrible. You could feel the springs popping up and down. Overall it felt extremely cheap....
