"Very convenient to shopping and restaurants and beach… Good safe parking… helpful staff…But the bathrooms and the toilets had visible scum rings and needed to be scrubbed and there was very visible dirt and dust all over the floor baseboards…Just needs more TLC… We have stayed at this location at least four times in the years past and the cleaning seems to be neglected lately"

"I absolutely love the location!!......However, upgrades are definitely in order......We made the best of the experience, it was my husband's birthday and I didn't want the condo not being clean ruin it for him.....The staff on the property were pleasant and super professional. Mrs. Elaine, our maintenance professional, was absolutely amazing as well!!! She was a highlight 😊......Everything would have been perfect had our condo been clean!!!!!!!!"

"Property was as pictured. Close to the beach and my kids loved all the different pools and the on site water park. We used the pool at our tower multiple times a day as it was mostly empty all the time."

"The house is very nice and welcoming and in a convenient place to everything. It’s also in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are no locks on the bathroom doors but it’s not an issue if everyone knows beforehand not to just barge in if the door is closed."

"There were so many children kids. No parents around watching their children Could never find a seat at the pool Didn’t know that there was an opportunity via bus pick up at the hotel to be brought to the beach. Way overpriced for Quality delivered"

"The hotel & rooms were clean my unpleasant experience, room next-door door was not working. I’m assuming so they had maintenance come and work on the door where they were working for in half an hour banging drilling knocking, I think it would’ve been a great idea for them to at least let us know in advance. Someone would be working on the door and let us have the opportunity to leave or either move us to another room. Then we’ll be called down. they said another 30 minutes, but it still was...

"People should know that it is a remote registration hotel. There is no on-site front desk. But it works pretty well."

"Our lamp shade was very dirty. The lamp was rusted. The hot water didn't work at the sink. The bathroom door would not close shut."
