"Overall Bad."

"I believe in being perfectly honest with reviews. So first the good things about the property. It has a beautiful view right on the water! The bar downstairs is fun and great place to watch sunset! The room was clean, area safe and bed comfortable. Staff were nice at check in. Now the negative. We were given 2 thin bath towels and washcloths for a 5 night stay! No daily housekeeping which happens but no opportunity to swap towels! I asked the one housekeeper I saw and front desk!! They said we...

"We were passing by and only there for 1 night but we definitely will come back and stay longer. Easy access to the beach. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Many options to eat walking distance. We had breakfast at the voila French bakery. Easy parking"

"Made reservations online, and when we arrived to the property after a 15 Hour Dr. We found out that we didn’t have reservations and that the previous owner was scamming people online."

"A six page contract with a ton of strict rules can’t move furniture, can’t touch tv, can’t leave sand in any place, leave a/c at 78 degrees etc etc., all these subject to fines. My a/c was pouring water all night and was fixed next morning. There is nobody at the hotel you can reach, that’s why everything is virtual. I don’t recommend it if you are looking for a relax vacation."

"Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry. Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. "
