"Creo que deberían tener más cuidado en el personal que contratan, llegando a la habitación no había toalla de mano y sólo había 1 toalla de baño, tuve que marcar 2 veces a recepción para que me las proporcionaran y me decían que las enviaban y nunca las llevaron, ambas personas por la prisa de tener que salir, tuvimos que secarnos con la misma, las camaristas abren la habitación sin tocar y se enojan de que el huésped siga ahí cuando pasan para realizar el aseo, me hospedé 2 noches y al regresar...

"The area seems only good for being close to the major bus terminal. 6 minutes walk if that. Definitely not a tourist zone. My room was large with lots of natural light. Bathroom was a good size also. Very good hot water in shower and basin. My sheets were clean however there were long hairs on the floor and one on a pillow. The linen seemed clean though. Bath towels also clean just very old and a bit ragged around the edges. Not a major but no remote for the big tv."

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "
