"The fridge and heater in my room didn’t work. Blankets smelt musky and a little of urine.
The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold.
The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it.
Can’t really fault them for the guests that were loud, yelling and carrying on until 4am or whoever took my food from the kitchen, unfortunately just added to experience.

"We loved this hotel. This was our second stay and we would definitely stay there again. This place seems to have a culture of hospitality. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeepers were very friendly and always ready to help. They have a lovely breakfast which was included in our package which may involve an extra charge. One tip is that the subway is at the end of the street. We arrived at the central train station and the tourist info person never mentioned that...

"The room was good, clean, excellent shower, bed and a desk. Did not try the breakfast. Although the room was great and I will certainly return, some of the other areas of the hotel were a little tired and outdated. No bar on-site is a limitation too because sometimes you don’t want to leave the hotel but want to get out of the room. Location was excellent. Staff was friendly."
