"This place is shocking. The whole place needs to be refurbished. My shower pole was hanging by a plug chain. Kitchen doors hanging off and taped over. Stains on toilets and bath. In 4 days our apartment had thr gloor moped and never a change of sheets or towels. Pool was filthy. We had to stay out until late as it was so horrible. How places like this are still able to be allowed open is beyond me. Don't waste your money. Only positive was location was close to the pretty beach and rhe shower was nice and hot. "

"The hotel staff were very friendly and the spa in particular is well worth a visit. The rooms were fine and the pool area is nice in the sun. Drink options are quite varied with an upcharge for branded drinks which is expected on an all inclusive. The food was average, breakfast probably the best out of the 3 main meals. Food was quite badge and bland with not masses of choice but it was average. "

"This is advertised as a 5 Star property. However, there were a number of disappointing issues: A number of the on site restaurants were closed, the Wi-Fi in the room stopped working half way through our holiday, the 'Fun Pub' was only open between 20:00 & Midnight and was closed completely on Wednesday & Friday. The squash court was closed and the two treadmills were in a poor state of repair."

"Clean rooms made up every day. Lovely resort. Pools could be warmer but then that's standard for all outdoor pools. I expected the indoor pool to be warmer than the outdoor though and it isn't. Gym is very dated and could do with modernising, but having said that still a better offer than most places. Second year we've been back so despite the small points it's clear we enjoy the place and woundn't hesitate to return. Not sampled the food there or the all inclusive so can't comment on that. "

"Near to most things the island has to offer. Food was varied each night. Pools kept in good condition. Rooms were neat and cleaned each day. Staff were excellent and multilingual. Would stay here again, the value for money is excellent."
