"We love the large rooms. Adult pool was very relaxing. Staff was vermin snd helpful. Food was ok, not exceptional but typical all inclusive. This was our third time staying here. Although we like it we will probably not be back. The bug bites on the back of my legs can make for a few miserable days. I know the resort sprays and try’s to control this but it is just part of being near the jungle."

"This was our seventh trip to hotel Mousai. We love this property and visit often. I have to say, this time I was extremely dissapointed. It looks like they are compromising on quality with the expansion of the property with a new building popping up each year. The north tower rooms had many many issues with many things not working in the room including plumbing issues in the shower not draining. The rooftop lunch has drastically decreased it’s quality, the food and drinks used to consistently...

"The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one)."

"AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!"
