"Great location, three parking spaces, no-key entry, nice pool and hot tub (rare to see anyone in them). The veranda on the roof has a nice view and a great breeze. Older building, no elevator, no restaurant, lots of food within walking distance. Not a quiet neighborhood (not unique to this building). Hot water, nice pressure in the shower (top floor). One block from the beach. Would book again. "

"One Beach Street Condos Puerto Vallarta Suite 112 If you’re looking for that old feeling of moving away from home for the first time, and family and friends are giving you pieces of furniture and dishes they no longer want, this is the place for you. On the plus side it was fairly clean, and the bed was somewhat comfortable. One bedside lamp had no lightbulb. AC worked but the “flipper” part that moves the air up and down was broken, so the cold air blows on you constantly. Bathroom area and closet were fine and it does have a safe. The living room sofa hide/a-bed was filthy and the living room curtains were torn and dirty. Therefore, had to go and rent another hotel for the person that was going to sleep there. Oven old and maybe it worked but didn’t try it. Fridge large and looked fairly new but the only thing that worked in it was the lightbulb. Warmer inside the fridge and freezer than outside of it. Front desk aware and said no maintenance on Sunday but would fix Monday or someday during the week. 8 days later still not fixed. Rental info advertised in room microwave, in suite laundry. Room actually had a cubby hole for a microwave above the counter and plumbing and hook up for a washer and dryer. Didn’t bring ours with us so did without. Television shown in every picture but ours was an old alarm clock on a table. Another plus was the wifi worked well. Fortunately only had to sleep There and kept all my belongings at the "

"Great location and the staff was excellent. They accomodated my recent knee injury and my husband's need for a fridge by upgrading us to a first floor, larger room at no extra cost. We will stay there again next year"

"Ocean view room for sure! Huge room, great A/C, top floor CLOSE to the lobby AND roof-top breakfast. Very kind and attentive staff at EDEN where the lounge chairs and umbrellas were easily available. The infinity lap pool was enormous! swim-up bar, cabanas, service service service -- VERY White Lotus!!! But in particular, the Housekeeping team was the star of this show. THANK YOU Almar Resort - the online advertising and photos do not do you justice!!"
