I will stay at the began very nicely. The unit was OK. The furniture in the living room was absolutely unacceptable for the price we paid for this unit. The back of the couch was broken in the middle and very uncomfortable. The kitchen could use a little bit more to be able to cook more comfortably. We had to buy a few things that we use on a regular basic. The staff at the Ipana was friendly. Specially, Anel when we arrived and was a breath of fresh air very kind very professional very welcoming with a smile. We also met one of the clean lady Ruby, who was an absolute breath of fresh air as well. Her smile her friendly personality always made us smile.
We love the location in the fact that you are close to everything. We also like the fact that they have four pools on the rooftop of the building. Unfortunately, some of the pools were too warm and one was too cold. During the two weeks of the Christmas break the rooftop area was full and you could’nt have a lounge chair after 11 o’clock in the morning. We also think that the rules on the rooftop should be reinforced by a staff working during the day.
Unfortunately, after the first week of our stay, both of our AC broke down. We reached out to the company AR vacaciones to help us by fixing the situation. Unfortunately, the problem last for 2 1/2 weeks of our stay. The person in charge sent a crew three times to fix the situation but less than 24 hours later both AC broke again.
It was a nice place wish we knew who to talk to.
