It is very close to the beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable. House is very secure with cameras. Loved the roof top pool. Also there is a very nice breakfast and lunch restaurant down stairs.

Overall good area steps from 5th Ave. We were switched from Polo 88 to Polo 54. There was a carpet in the living room that was not clean and there was limited dishes/cookware for our group of 6.

This is a lovely apartment with wonderful light and ocean views. Bdrs are separate with is great for privacy and silence. Kitchen is well stocked, and the patio / terrace is great. It is a bit far from town. Best to have a buddy taxi driver you can call, but overall great!

The location of the apartment was great, right by the beach and in a quiet area, the only issue is that if you’re getting the suite it’s on the 5th floor and there’s no elevator.

The property is close to the beach, and nicely kept except for some problems with the water pipes in the bathroom. Our main inconvenience was miscommunication with the property managers. They gave us wrong instructions to enter the apartment, directing us to number 302, while providing us with keys for apartment number 102. We were with an 85 years old person and had to go up the stairs with heavy suitcases until we figure out by ourselves what was wrong. I would have expected management to compensate us for this very serious inconvenience in the middle of the night that took us almost two hours to sort out. But our expectation was wrong.

Polo 54, where I have been, is the best place you can reserve if you want to have vacation in Playa del Carmen! 5⭐️because: -people here and stuff is very friendly and ready to help in any inconvenience. They respond immediately to emails or messages and you feel secure. -the building is secure. You need passwords to come inside to the main building and to the apartment. -the place is fantastic: you need only some minutes to go to the beach, to find local market, super market, drugstores, restaurants, cafeterias. The view - sea view is incomparable! You can see the sunset 🌅 and the sunrise 🌄 and feel calmed and peaceful! -the apartments are luxury, that means that you have everything that you need for your vacation. We had in our apartment washing machine und washing drier, toaster, pots, pans etc, completely everything. We found the apartment clean and tidy and we were positive astonished that it was so nice and nicer and more comfortable than the fotos! - also an important point is that the place is very friendly and safe for children! -The pool, pool area and the Jaccuzzi were always clean and you can have a nice time. The price was really worth!!!!!!! Fact: If you want to have a nice time in Playa del Carmen, if you want to have a peaceful time, come here!!! We will come again! Best Regards 🩵❤️💙 from Germany 🇩🇪

Ubicación poco privilegiada

El departamento tiene ciertas incomodidades como; la regadera de la recamara principal no funcionaba, el agua se salía por los lados, la televisión no agarraba los canales, el lavabo tenia telarañas y arañas, se ve que la limpieza no es profunda. No hay shampoo, jabón, ni papel en los baños. Deben tomar en cuenta que no es un hotel, es una casa vacacional, por el tema de las toallas, si requieren limpieza o más toallas tiene un costo adicional. En el área de alberca falta alumbrado, en la noche está obscuro. No tiene estacionamiento por lo que no pude contratar un carro y esto ocasionó problemas para trasladarnos a cualquier lugar, ya que la ubicación no es la mejor, para ir a la Quinta donde están todas las tiendas y restaurantes tienes que caminar de 20 a 30 minutos, está ubicado en una zona algo popular y no da tanta confianza caminar de noche. Es vital tener carro para trasladarte o el viaje saldrá carísimo si contratas taxi. No hay quien te reciba en el departamento, solo te dan instrucciones para que puedas ingresar. Al inicio de mi reserva tuve cambio de planes y traté de cancelar y fue imposible, quería hablar con alguien y me escribieron que solo por mensaje.
