"Hotel was stylish & spotlessly clean. Modern and neutral in aesthetic and had good amenities. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Only very minor gripes was there was a noticeable hum in our room from some system, didn’t bother me but did my partner a bit. "

"The kitchenware have residue and some food still stuck to it. We had to wash everything again to ensure it was clean. Worst part is that there was significant construction, There was no email warning us before we booked/before we arrived, which would have been appreciated. They were not accommodating to this which was disappointing"

"The room was nothing like advertised, bed was small to the point that at 5'8 my feet were hanging off the bed not to mention it was hard as a rock, the fridge didnt work and the safe didnt even have a key. "Nous avons fait le Check in la veille comme demandé, mais nous n’avons pas eu de nouvelles jusqu’à notre arrivée à l’hôtel. Personne n’était présent. Nous avons dû échanger par message pour avoir les codes des chambres par téléphone. La chambre vétuste juste propre, isolation phonique inexistante…. Pour un prix de plus de 110€ la nuit. J’ai été coincé la nuit en allant chercher une bouteille d’eau la clé numérique ne fonctionnait pas bien. Je déconseille cet établissement."
