One staff member was rude at the beach entrance, when we were coming back from the beach the staff run to us and held my partner’s arm to check for the hotels bracelet instead of asking politely for us to show it."

Beach gets very busy by end of the day. Pool is small, was often very busy with children in floats and splashing not much room for others. "
