"The location is idea. However, they advertised breakfast was included when I arrived, I found out it was not. They do not allow you to have any visitors to your room which is very odd and childish. I do not recommend their buffet it's the same food every day and is not the best. There are better cheaper places to eat right across the street. They offer open bar but their alcohol is cheap not recommended."

Loft Hotel Malecon Vallarta

"I hated that no one told me there was gonna be construction right next to my window starting at 7am, and I mean loud big machines I waited 5 months for a vacation where I can relax and sleep in. I wish they would have told me so I could have booked somewhere else, you can literally hear the employees walking in the hallways with loud walky talkies and everytime they passed by. I booked 2 rooms one of them said 2 bedrooms but when you walk in it’s one room then there is a door to ONE bedroom!! So be careful when booking that one it is not 2 bedrooms it’s just one with 2 beds. I’m really upset the only thing I really wanted to do was relax and sleep in and I couldn’t do it, ohh and they cleaned the room one night and left water on the floor so I used a towel to clean it up and when I checked out they charged me my deposit because that towel I used to finished their cleaning was dirty. Not staying here again, pool closes at 8pm you can’t have music there only their little restaurant can bump music till 1pm"

"I had a great stay at Hotel Encino. I actually stayed here about four years ago and was happy to return. The only thing I was disappointed to see was that the café downstairs is no longer there, as I remembered enjoying it during my previous visit. The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. Everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area, grab food, and enjoy Puerto Vallarta without constantly needing transportation. I felt safe walking around, even in the evenings. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the hotel felt comfortable and convenient. We specifically booked Hotel Encino because of its location, and it did not disappoint. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location with friendly staff, I would definitely recommend Hotel Encino and would stay here again."

"The Spa was a beautiful experience with an amazing view. I loved all the restaurants, the coffee shop and the sport’s bar. The Vivaz restaurant was amazing, the manager was so attentive that she brought my mom and I birthday cakes for both when she found out we were celebrating our birthdays! She was amazing Furniture is worn out and the cleaning crew need to disinfect the room telephone which had a very bad smell as well as the toilet room I got sick from one day to another I had food poisoning or something like that but I was very pleased with the room service and the food and beverage manager that kept checking on me and the meals they provided were just what I needed after the bad experience I would go back and stay at this resort! Views are amazing, people working there do a great job and the shows that they have nightly were amazing! The team trying to sell vacation packages is a waste of time and they take to much time and are very persistent that is hard to get out of there! I would recommend this resort regardless the few bad incidents. Once again I will love to go back ❤️"

"Petite chambre, de base, très petite salle de bain désuète. Devrait être rafraîchie. J'ai beaucoup aimé la cour intérieure mais la piscine doit être nettoyée. C'est sûr que je ne m'attendais pas à du luxe, le prix est vraiment bas. Malheureusement, nois avons eu deux coquerelle, 2 nuits différentes. On a vécu la vue locale ! Lol Nous avons aimé quw ça soit au coeur des activités, des bars et près de la plage."
