"The hotel is in a good area with restaurants and stores. The casino is very nice to have so close to the hotel. They have breakfast every morning very fresh. The complaint was my checkout was at 4:30 a.m when I went to check out no one in the lobby. I couldn’t leave until they gave me a ticket to get the car out. No way to find the person in charge almost missed my flight had to go look for a security to find the person to check out. When she finally showed up it looked like she just woke from...

"Very warm and welcoming staff-allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in. Room was clean and bright-lovely view of the street through huge windows. Hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not interrupt services. Thoughtful room amenities-coffee machine is perfect. Location is great-walkable to all parts of Old San Juan and located amongst shops and restaurants. Will stay again!"

"I loved how close everything was. staff was super nice and my room was very clean. Try not to get a city view. It is very loud and construction starts very early. Besides that everything was great!"

"The location is amazing, lots of restaurants and bars steps from the place. The main plazas and castles are 15/20 minutes away. We got the apartment on the basement and it was perfect for us (me, husband and 6 month old baby). With the feeling that we were living “back in time” the room has a big bed, a crib and nice living room area (with a mini fridge) that we hangout when it got too hot out. The Terraza is 10/10 we wish we had stayed longer in town to spend more time there."

"The staff working at the property were AMAZING! And the location was very central to everything in old San Juan. So many shops, restaurants and bars within a 5-10 min walk. The cons were that there was a leak in the roof, the comforter had what looked a like stain, The AC in the room didn’t get very cold, the humidity in the room was really bad and left a “wet” like smell in the room. For the price, and how sweet and tentative the staff was, I’d recommend staying here. There were two parking...

"Bed bugs, mold, broken walls, cold showers. Not to mention there was a blackout period. The only good thing is that they were very accommodating and I got a partial refund. 1/5 would not recommend, don’t come, never booking again!!!"
