"Staff was great. Property was not what we expected. Mattress on bed was not good at all, cabin had a strong odor and needed more thorough cleaning."

"The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help."

"I would never tell anyone to stay at this old, run down place. No amenities in the room, room very small & old. Steps to building very dangerous. Room had a full bed, small round table, a chair & an old TV. Very old A/C unit. Bathroom so small you could hurt yourself in it. Din't even supply wash cloths. I woould rate it a 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. They should pay people to stay there, not the other way around. You are making a big mistake having them on your list of places to stay"

"Lovely setting and history of the inn and golf course was interesting . Really came to golf and was not disappointed. Course was very well maintained and fun to play. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Enjoyed the jazz on Tuesday outside and the brewery pizza was yummy. Our meal at the Inn’s restaurant was fabulous! I had trout and it was perfect. Calimari was best I ever had. New chef is very inventive. Only negative is there were ants in our room and the place needs a bit of paint here...

"My husband and I stayed at this property for a getaway to Bushkill Falls. It is very well maintained, and the staff could not be friendlier and more helpful. DEE at the front desk was an absolute gem and is a wonderful asset to the staff. We loved our suite, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen amenities were perfect for our needs. Highly recommend."

"Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Our room was "City view" and it was a bit loud but they give ear plugs. I would recommend a portable fan or white noise to help. It didn't effect our sleep. My husband and I stayed 2 nights and went hiking. Ricketts Glen State Park and Falls were 1 hour 20 minutes away and well worth the travel there and back for a great day trip. The falls were amazing! "Traveling for leisure, requested a handicapped room as I walk with a cane. At no time did the person checking me in ask me to confirm what room type I had requested, I got a standard 2 dbl bed room with a tub. I requested a walk in shower. I thought it was odd that the front desk manager rather than walk around the desk to address a computer issue was sitting on the desk to fix the matter, but it was apparently easier. "Outside property and surrounding area was beautiful. Cottages look great from the outside however the one I stayed in needs an upgrade!(#50) The bedroom was fine(except for paint peeling on the ceiling) and the blinds and balance were outdated and fridge was noisy. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade! Toilet too low, mirror over sink to high, and tub didn’t drain. After two showers there was over a foot of standing water. Doors were not the most secure.
