"It was in an excellent location, in Old San Juan near the Princess Cruise Terminal. It was clean and our host was easy to contact when we got to the place. We had a little difficulty communicating before we arrived and we did not have the check in code until we contacted our host by phone. The air conditioning worked well. There was no TV but we did not need one."

And our closet door was broken. The pictures are a little misleading - the kitchen and couches are shared areas. "When we checked in we had to call to get someone to check us in. They were prompt to arrive. During our stay there was never anyone at the front desk and all communication had to be online. One of the features advertised was a restaurant and was one of our deciding factors when booking but was never open during our stay. Even when we asked for a restaurant recommendation they referred us to the closed restaurant. This should be removed from their offerings. A room refresh is only available upon...

"I can't say enough about this place. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in Old San Juan. Very easy instructions to get in and, although I never needed them, the staff was always there to support. Will be staying here again in future trips!"
