"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the mattress quality was very poor and caused back pain. The room also felt lacking in basic amenities—there was no complimentary water or convenient items provided. It would be helpful if the hotel could at least provide bottled water or a microwave, so guests can access hot water during the night if needed."

"Room doesn’t get below 70 degrees which makes it really hard to sleep at night. There is no gym, not really any amenities except free breakfast which is mediocre. Room wasn’t very clean. Found a contact lens on the bathroom floor. Def don’t recommend this place. Very mid."

"The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bars and restaurant are great options when you don’t want to leave the hotel in a rainy day or you just want a day of not wondering far. The bartender at Bind 45 is exceptionally good and makes me feel welcome. I will definitely be staying at Hotel Edison again."

"Hotel Henri is a bare bones property. There is no lobby other than a couple of chairs in a corner. There’s no apparent security - just a person at a little counter with a laptop. Only one person we met after our 6 night stay was friendly and helpful. The rooms are less than basic with nowhere to unpack other than a few hangers and nowhere for folded clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases opened on the one chair and one luggage rack. The photos on Expedia for this property are deceiving as well as the claim that it’s a five star hotel. We contacted Expedia about this deception immediately and were told there was nothing they could do to help us and that we had to speak with the property manager who wasn’t there. Also the sign for this hotel front is down and only noted with a crooked poster above the door. This is a sketchy hotel and we were beyond disappointed to have been duped after our many years of traveling and many great hotel choices. "

"Unfortunately I found the condition of room to be less than satisfactory There was a leak around the base of the toilet and mold was growing on the side of the vanity. There was a distinct musty smell in the bathroom. Additionally, the room phone was dead so in an emergency I’d have to fumble with my cell phone to call the front desk I reported these issues to the front desk and they sent someone up to try to remedy the situation but really couldn’t.They offered to change my room but I was leaving the following day so I declined. Breakfast was basic.. but convenient Staff is very pleasant and accommodating."
