"I had an important event Saturday morning, so sleep mattered. The room was nice and well located, but every 10-30 minutes there was a loud noise. I assumed it was a toilet flushing through thin walls, but eventually realised it was the AC unit making a loud drilling sound on repeat.
After 2-3 hours of being woken repeatedly, I went to reception. They came to look but couldn't help. I finally fell asleep around 3-4am before a 7am wake-up — not ideal.

"Could hear the bass for the club below till well late into the night and also can hear sirens outside and street activity even tho the room had zero windows. The pillows were comfy as well as matress and duvet but the body wash needed refilling and only drops were coming out. Air con worked great was quite. Staff were nice and helpful but the lobby was always busy so i’m sure they struggled to help everyone."
