"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"

"I had some issues with the cleanliness of the room. I raised them with staff on the front desk and they were fantastic. Fully engaging, very helpful - however the actual people responsible for the room cleaning were not and did not address anything. After nothing changed, the front desk staff moved me to a different room, and I had a good chat with and apology from the hotel manager. Overall, despite the issues with cleanliness, the hotel is well-run and it was a nice friendly place to stay....

"Loved the gardens and direct access to private beach. Dog friendly terrace garden rooms were of a standard rating in.my opinion. No soap replenished in dispensers for 2 days. Stain on bedding sheet. Dog pee stains visible in some public carpeted areas. Unmanned reception, need to ring a bell. The 'bridge dog friendly area' for meals is depressing and isolated, no bell in this area to indicate you need a service i.e. breakast. No background music. Lacking atmosphere.
